Most orders placed at 2pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the next day at the earliest. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at specific times of the day. The standard shipping and delivery fee is as low as $10.00, but prices may vary depending on the delivery location, shipping time, or calendar day.

For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During major holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 9 p.m. Please note: Florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery may be attempted the next business day. During holidays, deliveries may be attempted later than 5 p.m. Please note: Florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

For hospital deliveries, please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

Please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable.

Funeral arrangements may require additional lead-time.

International deliveries require additional lead-time which varies on a country-by-country basis.
